We have at least two preliminary conversations with each participant BEFORE the program start date. That means we already have a relationship in place when the program begins, we know the participants expectations, strengths and areas of development. Ongoing Support

In addition to post workshop follow-up, we offer phone support for up to six months at no additional charge. Many of our participants come back to us for coaching on important presentations to government boards, committees, or critical sales or negotiation meetings. In fact, one participant told us the session helped her team land a 4 million dollar contract.
