actively involved in the critique process, with individual expert feedback and
personalized coaching.

with each participant BEFORE the program start date. That means we
already have a relationship in place when the program begins, we know
the participants expectations, strengths and areas of development. We
get down to work immediately to build on creating a measurable return
on the training investment. 2. Individualized and personal expert coaching throughout the two day
experience. The program is intensive and we are working, coaching and
developing participants through lunches and breaks. Focused attention
means the information is locked into the participants mind and captured in
their drive and passion to excel professionally. 3. Our Seminars are unique with an interesting dynamic in the class size
(limited to seven participants) and our adult and active learning approach.
This allows for maximum personalization, participation and growth.

communication skills. 4. Ongoing Support – In addition to post seminar follow-up, we offer phone
support for up to six months at no additional charge. Many of our participants
come back to us for coaching on important presentations to government
boards, committees, or critical sales or negotiation meetings. In fact, one
participant told us the session helped her team land a 4 million dollar deal.
